Ontario NDP promises to lower auto insurance rates by 40 per cent if elected

Ontario NDP Leader Andrea Horwath promises to lower insurance rates by 40 per cent if elected next month. The NDP say it would save drivers and average of $660 every year and in some communities, like Brampton, it says the savings will be upwards of $2,000.
